Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Automatok, operated by [Operator legal name]. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Automatok lets you design photo slideshows, generate text and images with AI, and publish slideshows to social media accounts you connect, either immediately or on a schedule you set.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or Apple and must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure.

Connected accounts

• When you connect a TikTok account you authorize us to publish the content you create or schedule to that account, using the settings you choose.
• Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Automatok is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
• You can disconnect an account in Settings or revoke access in the TikTok app at any time.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the content you upload or create with Automatok.
• You give us a limited license to store, process, render and publish that content only to operate the service for you.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or publish, including images, music choices and trademarks, and that it does not violate any law or the rules of the platform you publish to.
• AI-generated text and images can be inaccurate. Review content before you publish it, and label AI-generated content where a platform requires it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Automatok to:

• post spam, misleading claims, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• impersonate others or run accounts you are not authorized to manage;
• evade platform limits or rules, or attempt to break or overload the service.

Plans, billing and limits

New workspaces start with a free trial. Paid plans include monthly limits on automated posts, generated images and web research, shown on the pricing page and in the app. Plans described as unlimited are subject to fair use. We may change plans or prices with notice.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes and invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

If Automatok isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we’ll refund it in full. Email [contact email] or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle. Renewals aren’t refunded once the new period has started, but you can cancel before any renewal. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that posts will reach a particular audience, that third-party platforms will accept them, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
